DC Floor Time leads…

1. FREQUENTLY check the emails during your floor time @ Shorewest WebmailPro :: Welcome to Shorewest WebmailPro  (infodoorcounty.com). If you don’t recall yours or haven’t received one, please reach out to Emilie Verheyen.  everheyenshorewest.com

2. MOVE the email to your folder in the email

3. FORWARD email to yourself 

4. INPUT into SWRAgentPro right away.

5. Incoming phone leads will be transferred directly to you, unless other arrangements are made in Becky’s absence.

2. Evening/Weekend on-call.  

  • Check any incoming email (same as above instructions)
  • Check voicemails and follow up on any leads
    • Call 920-868-3245 – Input Passcode 54234#  (Jan thru Jun), or 54235# (July thru December)
    • If messages and/or calls come in for another agent, forward information to that agent in a timely manner
    • Delete messages after receipt

3. Put all leads into SWRAgentPro

If leads are not put into the system and followed up on, they may have another agent assigned.
